Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the company's overall financial health.

  • The selected candidate will maintain and update the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.

    ">

  • Additionally, the role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups, handling bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and preparing and filing GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

    ">

  • The ideal candidate will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, reconcile vendor and customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Apart from these responsibilities, the professional will ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software, maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records, and liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, tax consultants, and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com) is required.

    ">

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, is necessary.

    ">

  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, particularly MS Excel, and possess knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.

  • Strong attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and work independently are essential.
