Financial Professional

The role of Financial Professional is a full-time on-site position located in the region. As a Financial Professional, you will be responsible for performing daily financial tasks such as preparing accurate and timely financial statements, maintaining up-to-date financial records, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, that provide stakeholders with clear insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Invoice Processing: Process and pay invoices in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, including calculating employee salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Professional will assist with budget preparations, prepare tax returns, and provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Strong skills in preparing financial statements and managing payroll
  • Experience in reconciling accounts and processing invoices
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
