Finance Professional Wanted

We are a dynamic organization on a mission to deliver style, comfort, and confidence to our customers. Our finance team is responsible for preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and a proven track record in financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and compliance. They should possess the passion to bring material value to the job and be ready to play a dynamic role which is all encompassing and very challenging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Month-End Closure: Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Revenue and Expense Management: Conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and tax compliance. Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.
  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns. Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Internal Control and Compliance: Assist in designing and implementing SOPs across the organization to ensure compliance and control
