Job Title: Manual and Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

You will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, writing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality software development and testing practices.

  • Manual Testing Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using various tools and techniques.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs or issues using bug-tracking tools.
  • Automation Testing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Convert manual test cases into automated scripts and execute them using various tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Basic understanding of the software testing lifecycle and QA processes.
  • Knowledge of Java programming and OOP concepts.
  • Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver for browser automation.
  • Understanding of frameworks like TestNG or JUnit (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
