Neural Machine Translation Specialist

Pioneer cutting-edge research in neural machine translation (NMT) and large language models (LLMs)

We seek a talented researcher to conduct innovative research, collaborate with an international team, and leverage expertise in Python and language processing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive experimentation and problem-solving skills in NMT and LLMs
  • Collaborate with a diverse team using English as the main working language

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Master's in Computer Science or relevant background
  • Hands-on experience with Python and language processing applications
  • Strong experimentation capabilities, problem-solving skills, and passion for cutting-edge research

Preferred Skills:

  • Japanese language and/or one of Southeast Asian languages (Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Thai)
  • Knowledge and prior project experience in reinforcement learning
  • Papers published in top-tier conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, AAAI, ACL, NAACL, EMNLP)
