Key Roles and Responsibilities

As an ML Perception Professional, you will play a pivotal role in industrializing sophisticated low-level perception algorithms for advanced driver assistance systems. This involves working closely with the development team to create cutting-edge functions for self-driving car technology.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning principles, along with significant experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or ONNX.

You will be responsible for strategizing and implementing end-to-end vision-based MLOps development cycles, from data collection strategy to deployment on the edge. Additionally, you will need to develop neural networks on edge accelerators, leveraging graph optimization techniques, compiler design, and custom AI accelerator design.

In this role, you will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components. Strong programming skills in Python are essential, along with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Requirements
  • Solid understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning principles
  • Significant experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or ONNX
  • Prior experience in end-to-end vision-based MLOps development cycle, from data collection strategy to deployment on the edge
  • Ability to strategize ML testing using CI/CD-based development pipelines
  • Experience in deploying neural networks on edge accelerators, leveraging graph optimization techniques, compiler design, and custom AI accelerator design
  • Proficient understanding of CPU architecture: Ability to perform capacity estimation and planning to ensure that systems (built prototypes) are scalable and can handle projected workloads
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with developing applications using AWS
  • Programming experience in C++, OpenCL, and CUDA
  • Experience in 3D reconstruction and 3D scene understanding (using Neural Radiance fields, Gaussian Splatting) or related fields
  • Experience in data processing and algorithm development on sensor data from cameras, RADAR, and LiDAR, and knowledge in sensor fusion technology
