We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Product Lead Subject Matter Expert.

Job Description

This position offers exciting opportunities to bridge product management and client relationship management, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. We are looking for an exceptionally talented professional who can contribute to the product vision for Investor Allocation Product modules.

The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of overall experience working in Investor allocation space with minimum 2+ year experience in product management. They must possess subject matter expertise in Investor Allocation for Hedge Funds and Institutional Asset Managers, including complex fund structures, such as master-feeder, side pockets, and hybrid vehicles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for distilling the product vision into a product roadmap and feature specifications by requirement gathering and solutioning. They will collaborate with technologists to translate the Product Specification to design and eventual product.

This role also requires conducting market research and competitive landscape analysis to keep industry pulse and stay ahead of the competition. The candidate will need to articulate business cases, ROI, budgets & timelines; communicate with all stakeholders, including clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Subject matter expertise in Investor Allocation for Hedge Funds and Institutional Asset Managers
  • Technical fluency: Familiarity with complex fund structures, including master-feeder, side pockets, and hybrid vehicles.
  • Fee Structure Knowledge: Working knowledge of various management and performance fee models (e.g., hurdle rate, high-water mark, tiered fees).
  • Critical thinking and strong communication/ articulation skills
  • Outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
