Backend Development Opportunities

 

We are seeking skilled and experienced Backend Developers to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services using Java (17+) and Spring Boot.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust backend services that meet the required performance and scalability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka and/or messaging queues such as RabbitMQ.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB ensuring optimized performance and scalability.
  • Integrate backend services with cloud environments (AWS / GCP).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Java (17+) and Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of Hibernate, JDBC, and ORM concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience in AWS / GCP cloud environments.
  • Good knowledge of Postgres/MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle).
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks like VueJS or NuxtJS is a big plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
