Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing company invoices and end-to-end financial operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Investigating and resolving supplier invoice disputes on a daily basis.
  • Running daily, weekly and monthly reports in Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and handling disputes professionally.
  • Archiving and filing documents in compliance with country legislation.
  • Collaborating closely with business development managers and product specialists to drive business growth.
  • Managing and maintaining pipelines for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base.
  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting and supporting clients with queries.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendor personnel to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Taking ownership of self-development to enhance product knowledge and job competencies.

  • Sound business acumen and ability to interact with customers.
  • Competent in standard Microsoft Office applications.
You're an Expert At:
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Fast learner with ability to pick up new systems and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables).
  • Numerate with accounting knowledge and adept at supply chain management accounting.
  • Experience from similar roles is advantageous.
