About this role
">We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Financial Operations Manager. This key role will be responsible for managing the financial operations of various educational institutions across India.
">Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records.">
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.">
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.">
- Evaluate and implement financial planning strategies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.">
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial planning for institutions.">
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management teams for smooth financial operations.">
- Maintain accuracy and transparency using accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho or similar).">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.">
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Executive, or in a similar finance role.">
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.">
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.">
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.">
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.">
- Prior experience in the education sector is preferred.">
