Accounts Receivable Expert

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate record-keeping. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing this process efficiently, minimizing delays, and resolving outstanding invoices in a prompt manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively follow up with customers. They should have hands-on experience in collections, with a proven track record of success in driving collection activities and highlighting potential issues.

Additionally, they will work closely with accounting software and spreadsheets to track, monitor, and report on collection activities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
