Junior Planning Engineer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our project planning team. The role involves tracking project schedules, coordinating across departments, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project / Bar Charts.
  • Monitor site progress and provide weekly planning & resource reports.
  • Coordinate with various teams including Contracts, Design, Development, Estimation, and Planning.
  • Track manpower deployment, material usage, and work completion on a weekly basis.
  • Submit daily progress reports and assist in monitoring project expenses.
  • Maintain documentation for variation works and support engineering team coordination.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Liaise for project coordination, commissioning, and deliverables tracking.
  • Identify construction delays and propose corrective action plans.
  • Analyze site productivity and contribute to cost control efforts.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate project planning (high-rise preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Auto CAD, and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multi-site schedules effectively.
