Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Site Visit Coordinator to join our Pre-Sales team in Pune. The role involves coordinating with potential customers, scheduling and managing site visits, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from inquiry to site tour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers for scheduling site visits.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and ensure proper allocation of site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist customers during site visits and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide project details and address preliminary queries of customers.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure maximum conversion from visits to bookings.
  • Share timely updates and reports on visit schedules and outcomes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Coordination, or a similar role (real estate background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
