We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Performance Lead to join our team at Rohini IT Consulting LLP.
This role will involve designing, developing, and executing comprehensive performance tests to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of our critical applications and systems.
You will work closely with development teams, architects, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
About the Role:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance tests, including load tests, stress tests, endurance tests, and soak tests.
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks and root causes of performance issues.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports with clear and concise findings and recommendations.
- Work with development teams to implement performance improvements and optimizations.
- Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks and scripts.
- Integrate performance tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous performance monitoring and regression testing.
