This role is perfect for a strategic thinker and hands-on creative expert who can translate business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically compelling designs. As a design leader, you will not only execute outstanding UI/UX solutions but also mentor and inspire a team of designers to elevate our creative standards. Your work will shape how users engage with our platforms, helping our clients gain a competitive edge in the digital space.Key Responsibilities- UI/UX Strategy & Execution: Define and implement best-in-class UI/UX practices to create seamless and high-impact user experiences for websites, applications, and digital campaigns.- User-Centered Design: Conduct heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and design thinking workshops to craft intuitive and data-driven design solutions.- End-to-End Design Process: Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable design systems aligned with user needs and business goals.- Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute mood boards, storyboards, and visual assets that effectively communicate the brand and product vision.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, branding teams, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.- User Research & Testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to refine design decisions and optimize UX/UI performance.- Motion & Interactive Design: Manage motion graphics and interactive design elements to enhance user engagement.- Innovation & AI Integration: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, experiment with AI-driven design tools, and introduce innovative methodologies to enhance creative workflows.- Mentorship and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team culture, and drive design excellence within the organization.What We’re Looking For- Experience & Portfolio: 5+ years in UI/UX and visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and user experience.- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard tools.- Design Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and accessibility standards.- Research & Usability Expertise: Experience in user research, usability testing, data-driven design, and heuristic evaluations.- Front-End Awareness: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (but not mandatory).- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, presenting design concepts effectively.Preferred Skills- Experience in agile development environments.- Understanding of best practices for digital marketing UI/UX.- Familiarity with analytics tools for UX research and performance evaluation.- Passion for future-ready design solutions and staying ahead of industry trends.Why Join Us?At Tru Performance, we believe that great designers don’t just create—they innovate, challenge conventions, and redefine possibilities.
