CRM Manager Job Description">

We're seeking a detail-oriented data-driven Crm Manager to own our sales and customer success technology stack.

  • Owning the Crm: Managing, customizing, and optimizing HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Building Processes: Creating automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Enabling the Team: Training users, enforcing best practices, and being the go-to expert for Crm questions.
  • Driving Insights: Building dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline performance and retention.
  • Supporting Growth: Partnering with Sales/Marketing leadership to scale lead management scoring and customer journey tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Growth Initiatives: Collaboration with Sales/Marketing to scale lead management and customer journey tracking.
