Business Analyst Position\

The Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the success of our organization. This position involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering and documenting business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, creating detailed process flow and data flow diagrams, documenting business processes, analyzing data using SQL to identify trends and provide insights, performing QA for the application to ensure the business requirements are addressed, collaborating with development, QA, and project management teams.

\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is mandatory.\
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on retail or eCommerce projects.\
  • Proven experience in client interaction and requirements documentation.\
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis.\
  • Expertise in creating process and data flow diagrams.
