Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fulfill the role of Field Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to and resolving day-to-day breakdown complaints, scheduling AMC for contractual and non-contractual customers, and managing customer relationships effectively.

Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and applications, preferably Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of operation and procedure manuals, technical manuals, case studies, and statutory regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to and resolve day-to-day breakdown complaints efficiently
  • Schedule AMC for contractual and non-contractual customers as per company norms
  • Manage customer relationships and coordinate with customers, franchisees, and operators for preventive maintenance planning and execution
  • Undertake tank cleanup, fitting, and welding on-site for minor modifications of pipes, joints, and fittings
