Expert Manual Functionality Tester

We are seeking a skilled manual functional tester with extensive experience in end-to-end testing of Zuora systems, including Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments.
- Perform thorough testing of Zuora modules and integrations.
- Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports.
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora.
- Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
- Experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations with Zuora.
- Basic knowledge of Zuora APIs.
