Job Title: Clinic Support Associate

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clinic team.

  • Assess visitor needs and guide them to the appropriate department.
  • Communicate with patients and their families through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and messaging apps.
  • Track appointments, reschedule as needed, and maintain a consultation appointment register.
  • Respond to patient queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documents are up-to-date.
  • Update online forms and reports as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet patient requirements within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Support management in events and activities as needed.
  • Contribute to promoting the clinic through various initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English and Malayalam proficiency.
  • Ability to work efficiently with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficient in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented individual with strong time management skills.
