Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our team. As an SAP SCM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing supply chain processes using SAP solutions.

About the Role

  • This is a key position that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders and process leads to understand current business processes and evaluate them against industry best practices.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing system functional specifications and supporting development teams during implementation phase with testing and quality documentation.
  • Deploying new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
  • Configuring system settings, planning, and executing unit, system, and integration tests.
  • Leading cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems enhancements for APO GATP and SAP ECC SCM.
  • Staying current with industry trends on supply chain management and assessing their potential impact on our IT and business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience as an IT business analyst, IT technical analyst, SAP consultant, or SAP implementation project member with a focus on SCM modules and product allocation.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and terminology related to SCM.
  • Understanding of IT change processes and/or SAP solution delivery processes.
  • General understanding of supply chain and product allocation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
  • Some level of travel may be required to support project requirements.
  • Some out-of-hours work will be required, including attending virtual meetings in different time zones.
