We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a dynamic and challenging role where you will provide top-notch technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to incidents via ticketing system within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Desktop Support, Remote Desktop Support, and Windows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain logs and handover reports for continuity
