Product Development Manager

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing roadmap by assisting in product development aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Develop product concepts and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.
  • Execute marketing plans and improve processes to drive results.
  • Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Create briefs for packaging, creative, and digital elements to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of working experience in Brand Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development.
  • A 'get the job done' mindset with high initiative and ownership.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity to drive innovation.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and MS Office skills to collaborate with teams.
