Job Overview:

This role involves overseeing warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, value-added servicing, and dispatch of goods.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities within set timelines and meet defined Key Performance Indicators
  • Pull, fill, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes such as Goods Receipt Notification, First-In-First-Out, Last-In-First-Out, and Put Away is essential
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain high stock accuracy levels
  • Create Management Information System reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and Return To Origin orders
  • Generate Electronic Way Bills, Goods Receipts, and verify vendor invoices according to agreements
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with e-commerce or fulfillment center background
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management System/SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning packages is an advantage
  • Graduate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Able to perform tasks under pressure and work efficiently over six days a week
