Field Collection Leader

We are seeking an experienced Field Collection Leader to oversee a team of collection executives and drive results in our field collection operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of collection executives to achieve daily targets and optimize collections
  • Implement strategies to improve collection rates, efficiency, and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in field collection or a related field with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement
