Our growth is driven by demand for annotated training data from AI labs, including major clients like OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Meta. We're seeking an experienced Algorithm Developer to join our team and help us drive innovation in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex algorithms to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Develop strong expertise in dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, bitmasking, and other advanced algorithmic paradigms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into production-ready codebases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, algorithm design, or systems-level programming.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with at least 4+ years of experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
  • Familiarity with modern software data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML) and version-controlled codebases.
