We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to architect, lead, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using the latest technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, and NLP frameworks.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop LLM models that can understand textual data, uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from unstructured information, ultimately solving complex analytical use cases.
  • Utilize sophisticated algorithms and methodologies to refine and improve the performance of AI models, enabling accurate predictions and actionable outputs for various applications.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in NLP and LLM models and help identify and adopt cutting-edge techniques to continually improve AI models and address diverse analytical use cases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle intricate business challenges using LLM models and help define the requirements to build and scale LLM models across our customer base.

You will take ownership of developing and delivering AI models, including proof-of-concepts, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and overcome analytical hurdles.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on NLP, Deep learning, and machine learning models and LLMs to solve complex analytical use cases.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

We are looking for an expert who has experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including various prompt engineering techniques, word embeddings, and vector databases. Azure stack (AI Search, OpenAI) and understanding of Agentic Architecture are plus factors.

This role requires exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality results. You should have strong knowledge and understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms, and their practical applications in addressing analytical challenges.
