Job Title: Support Specialist

Assist End-users and Oversee Site Operations

As a Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations at our site. Your primary responsibility will be to assist end-users with technical queries and concerns, providing timely resolutions to their issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment
  • Resolve issues with internet connectivity, printers, scanners, phones, and other equipment
  • Ensure effective escalation management and resolution to all field support issues working with cross-functional teams
  • Deliver and achieve high-quality support and service level
  • Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
