Work as a Strategic Learning Leader
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies to enhance organizational performance.
  • Evaluate individual and team development needs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Implement diverse learning methods, including coaching, job shadowing, online training, and e-learning courses, to cater to various learning styles.
  • Create engaging workshop sessions, in-person training programs, and online content to meet the evolving needs of employees.
  • Assess the effectiveness of development plans, providing guidance on maximizing learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with managers to design career paths and upskill their teams, ensuring seamless succession planning.
  • Manage training budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best value.
  • Lead a team of Training and L&D Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Maintain open communication channels with management to ensure understanding of training objectives and processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to inform training initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from leadership and departments to gauge training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
  • Administer assessments post-training to evaluate program success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in effective learning and development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in needs analysis, lesson planning, program development, and implementation.
