US IT Lead Recruiter Role Summary

We seek a seasoned US IT recruiter leader to spearhead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing and placing candidates on various employment arrangements, with strong knowledge of the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates across C2C, W2, and 1099 employment types.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective talent pipelines.
  • Utilize leading job portals and internal databases to attract top IT talent.
  • Negotiate offers and secure candidates to meet hiring goals and timelines.
  • Stay abreast of market trends in the US staffing industry.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant US labor laws and client-specific hiring guidelines.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Any Graduate (Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior recruiter role.
