**Role Summary:**

We are seeking a results-driven Financial Services Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective team management and strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities for geographical expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Manage loan disbursement, repayment and delinquency, ensuring daily/weekly collections targets are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Monitor and control portfolio quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as necessary.
