Technical Lead Position Overview">

As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with peers to develop requirements that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define data solution requirements through thorough analysis and research.
  • Serve as the enterprise system administrator for Workfront, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
  • Develop and implement Workfront processes across the organization, promoting adoption and collaboration among teams.
  • Partner with teams to deliver Workfront solutions for large programs of work, incorporating integrations into data platforms, analytics, experience platforms, and creative/production services.
  • Collaborate with the Design, Sales & Marketing team to identify workflow opportunities and drive process improvement.
  • Utilize relational databases and SQL to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Experience in data migration from previous client tools and systems is highly desirable.
  • Possess strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Be a proactive, flexible, hands-on, results-oriented practitioner with a deep understanding of business processes and consultative focus.
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality results.
