Role Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll play a key role in our journey by transforming research into practical AI systems. Your expertise will shape the architecture, guide technical decisions, and deliver projects with tangible outcomes.

You'll work closely with our researchers, industry collaborators, and younger engineers to expand our reach and create meaningful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and operationalize technical roadmaps for AI projects, ensuring they align with our vision.
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, industry-relevant AI solutions, pushing the boundaries of innovation.
  • Collaborate with our faculty, researchers, and partners to define goals, milestones, and deliverables, driving project success.
  • Mentor junior engineers and researchers, providing guidance and support to help them grow within our organization.
  • Contribute to our mission of delivering impactful solutions, making a real difference in the world.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  2. Proven 3 years of experience working on R&D focused cross-disciplinary projects.
  3. Strong proficiency in system architecture, model design, and scalable implementation.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience in translating research into shipped solutions (e.g., prototypes, products, or platforms).
  2. Background in industry-academia collaborations, technology transfer, or original research initiatives.
  3. Familiarity with innovation ecosystems, applied research labs, or similar settings.
  4. Active connections or participation in the AI, SaaS, or broader tech community.
