Job Summary

As a senior business executive, you will oversee the service delivery of our recruitment team and collaborate closely with stakeholders to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and build strong relationships. It is essential to stay informed about the latest industry trends and share knowledge with the wider community to ensure we add value to our clients at all times.

Reporting to the Associate Director/Account Director, you will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for our brand at every interaction.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Leading IT hiring initiatives with extensive experience
  • Communicating process and benefits to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/projects, and additional service offerings
  • Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk
  • Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services according to our 'way' of doing things, ensuring seamless delivery between onsite and offshore resources
  • Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process, including in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment stages, and team responsibilities
  • Developing an effective talent pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and an articulated engagement plan per role type
  • Managing relationships with third-party service providers as assigned
  • Representing the client brand in the market to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation for recruitment best practice/employer of choice
  • Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and managing out-of-scope service requests and providing support for proposal management where appropriate
  • Recruiting, inducting, and training new team members when required
  • Ensuring effective performance optimization of all team members, setting KPIs, devising development plans, and providing mentoring as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements

  • Any graduate with high-level experience working in a lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager role for 12+ years
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end IT recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry or corporate HR, preferably at a global organization
  • A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within the RPO environment
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal/presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret data from various internal and external sources and predict trends
