Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an Audit Professional to conduct internal and external audits in accordance with established company processes across multiple departments and functions.
  • The successful candidate will assess internal controls, risk management processes, and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • They will also ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies by analyzing findings and making recommendations for corrective actions.
  • In addition, they will prepare clear and detailed audit reports with analysis and recommendations, and follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with management and other departments to resolve issues identified during audits.
  • Continuous learning and staying updated with changes in auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements are essential for this role.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Certification such as CPA, CA, or CIA is highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 9-10 years of experience in a senior auditor position.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of auditing processes.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.
    • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • This role is based at our Head Office with occasional travel for on-site audits.
  • The selected candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
