About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-technology projects within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role involves leveraging project management methodologies, strong technical understanding, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full project lifecycle for large-scale IT projects, from concept to delivery, utilizing Agile methodologies.

- Oversee the work of software development teams (5-6 members), ensuring tasks are aligned with project goals and deadlines are met.

- Define project KPIs and metrics to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal, WordPress, Salesforce, or Java-based systems.

- Manage multi-technology projects, effectively coordinating change requests and service requests within a multi-skilled engineering environment.

- Deliver enterprise-scale technology projects in areas such as cloud technologies, software development, and IT infrastructure.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to implement cloud technologies.

- Demonstrate a mastery of project management methodologies, tools, and templates (program/project planning, schedule development, scope management, cost management).

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment, with a minimum of 6 years of project management experience.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects within the professional services industry (a plus).

- Experience working with technologies such as cloud computing, software development, and IT infrastructure.

- Mastery of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and industry-standard project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

- Strong understanding and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal, WordPress, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and managing relationships with third-party vendors.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.

- A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of exceeding project goals.
