Program Management Lead for Large Language Model Initiatives

Our organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of large language model projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving data annotation, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), evaluation, and deployment of LLMs at scale.
  • Team Management: Oversee multi-country teams comprising engineers, annotators, contractors, and vendors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders including engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Technical Oversight: Work closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps teams to ensure technical excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish workflows for SFT, RLHF/RLEF, and evaluation pipelines.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, OFAC compliance, and ethical AI standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management with a focus on AI/ML projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI/ML and software development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
