**Job Title:** Senior Data Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and delivering tailored AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • Solution Design: Architect end-to-end ML solutions, including predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications tailored to customer use cases.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production implementations while ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
  • Technical Consulting: Conduct data assessments, provide ML strategy recommendations, and guide customers through model lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Mentor customer teams and build internal data science capabilities through training and best practices sharing.
  • Product Development: Gather customer feedback to enhance existing solutions and identify new product opportunities.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years hands-on data science experience with 2+ years in customer-facing or consulting roles.
  • A proven track record delivering ML solutions in production environments.
Technical Skills

You should possess:

  • Advanced programming skills in Python/R, with strong SQL capabilities.
  • Expertise in deep learning, NLP, traditional ML algorithms, and generative AI/LLMs.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and cloud ML services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with MLOps platforms, data visualization tools, and big data technologies.
Business Skills

You should be able to:

  • Effectively communicate and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage projects and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric problem-solving mindset.
