Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of innovative AI solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction for projects, breaking down business requirements into work for the team to execute on.
  • Develop and implement machine learning solutions using emerging technologies.
  • Train and mentor colleagues in machine learning techniques.
  • Explain complex concepts to stakeholders and influence others to adopt new ideas.
  • Craft and sustain technical outputs such as design documentation and representative models.
  • Design and develop control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of Proof of Concepts and complex AI/ML solutions.
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommend policy changes.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience with machine learning, especially recommender systems.
  • Strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps.
  • At least 2 years with cloud technologies (preferably AWS, AWS SageMaker).
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data modeling.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras.
