Technical Solution Specialist Position Overview

This is a highly skilled role that requires expertise in cloud computing and technical problem-solving.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer issues through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools.
  • They will develop an understanding of Google Cloud technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for customer reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with reading code in one or more core programming languages.
  • 2 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies or system/network administrator level experience with Linux/Unix or operating systems.

Responsibilities
