Job Role: Deputy Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational efficiency of a flagship branch.
  • Review and analyze branch operations reports, controlling key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining up-to-date display items for the branch.
  • Strive to achieve high Service Standards Score Card and Operations Score Card ratings on a monthly basis.
  • Effectively track and close attachment orders, notices, and regulatory submissions within prescribed timelines.
  • Closely monitor CRM performance at the branch level (handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and managing leads).
  • Coordinate daily activities with operating agencies and other branches as necessary.
  • Conduct quality checks on financial and non-financial instructions to facilitate smooth processing and minimize delays.
  • Proactively manage branch leads allocation and closure to contribute to improved branch book performance and profitability.
  • Optimize teller counter management for efficient cash and non-cash transactions.
  • Streamline lobby management services for enhanced customer experience.
  • Timely submit cash and non-cash reporting for the branch, while closely monitoring over-aged cases (deferrals, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A background in finance or operations is highly desirable.
