Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee and execute projects from inception through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end project ownership, multifaceted project management, comprehensive project planning, expertise in site management, vendor network development, leadership and communication excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Pressure handling and independence with minimal supervision.

Note: This role involves intercity and travelling to different states as well as deployment on project basis.
