Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our OTM/TMS implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

This role is responsible for developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for OTM/TMS projects, performing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, validating end-to-end logistics processes, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for OTM/TMS projects.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Validate the accuracy and efficiency of end-to-end logistics processes.
  • Identify and document defects, collaborating with technical and functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in QA/testing for ERP/TMS/OTM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and defect management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of OTM/TMS modules and logistics processes.
