Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM QA Formulation & API in Thinq pharma-CRO Ltd, Thane.Total experience 18.11 years, The AGM QA Formulation & API will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing total quality management (TQM) principles. Key daily tasks include QMS activities, process validation, cleaning validation, Analytical method validation, quality risk management, Regulatory and plant QA activities, auditing processes, managing quality control procedures, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high standards of product quality.

Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance, Quality control, Engineering, EHS and Quality Management skills
  • Key instrument halding HPLC, UV/visible spectrophotometer, GC, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, Viscometer, Diffusuon cell system, Experience in Quality Control and Total Quality Management (TQM)
  • RMG, FBD, FBP, Auto coater, Compression machina, Blister packing, and sound knowledge of API used equipment & instrument.
  • Sound knowledge of HVAC, purified water plant, Equipment qualifications, etc
  • Auditing skills and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Master's degree in Chemistry at SV university,
  • Advanced Diploma in fire & industrial safety.
  • I am overseeing the EHS function.
  • Preparing, review and apply of the CDSCO & Drug Licensing authority documents by ONDLS, NSWS portel, sugam portal, FDA-MH portal
