Job Title: BMC Truesight Expert

Are you a seasoned TrueSight professional with extensive experience in managing complex IT infrastructure? Do you have a passion for delivering top-notch results and leading teams to success?

We are seeking a highly skilled BMC Truesight expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting TrueSight systems to ensure seamless performance and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TrueSight Operations Management: Lead the installation, upgrade, integration, administration, and configuration of TrueSight systems to meet business requirements.
  • Patrol Agents: Install and configure Patrol Agents on various operating systems (Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris) to ensure data collection and monitoring.
  • Knowledge Modules: Work with knowledge modules such as DB, Websphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, and Sentry monitoring studio, as well as basic KMs like OS, LOG, and URL.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Patrol Agents and TrueSight server components to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Event Management: Configure and manage event policies to ensure timely detection and response to critical events.
  • MRLs and Custom Classes: Develop and implement MRLs and custom classes to enhance TrueSight capabilities and improve system adaptability.
