Job Title: Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs that meet business goals.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Excellent English Communication skills (Both Spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing is required.
  • Freshers with Excellent Communication skills are welcome to apply

We're looking for junior-level expertise, so candidates with 5 years or more of experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business objectives.
  2. Design and create various Real Estate related deliverables such as Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogue & booklets, banners, posters & billboards.
  3. Collaborate with managers to ensure designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
  4. Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
  5. Design and manage all in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads.
  6. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts including backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboards, posters, and other graphics.
  7. Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.
  8. Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  9. Work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company.
  10. Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers' needs.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.
