As a social-first designer, you will create thumb-stopping visuals that turn complex money topics into engaging content.

The role requires maintaining and evolving the visual system, including typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.

  • Design daily social content: Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
  • Own the visual narrative: Translate content briefs into clear visual stories, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share.
  • Motion & video support: Create lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels when needed.
  • Data-informed design: Iterate based on performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) with rapid A/B tests.
