Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished SAP professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SCM EWM Solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Business Process Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of core business processes, including warehouse management, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Implementation Project Lead: Independently manage implementation projects, lead teams, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes using SAP Activate methodology.
  • Development Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design development requirements, enhancing standard solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Facilitate customer discussions, elaborate on proposed improvements, and articulate problems concisely, proposing effective solutions.
  • Billable Deliverables: Develop and deliver billable components that meet customers' specific needs, aligning with project timelines and objectives.
  • Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, identify opportunities, estimate efforts, and establish realistic project timelines.
  • RFP Discussions: Participate in RFP discussions, estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager, to ensure accurate proposals.
Requirements
  • SAP Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on EWM, S/4HANA, and SCM EWM Solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP Technologies, ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, SmartForms, Adobe forms, ALE IDOC, Workflow, Web Dynpro, and Enhanced Warehouse Management.
  • Certifications: SAP Certification in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is mandatory, while SAP Certification in ABAP is desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE, BTech) or related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
