Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to specialize in optimizing supply chain management solutions. This role will focus on implementing SAP IBP/OBP modules, gathering business requirements, and providing end-user training and support. To succeed in this position, you must have an in-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics and the ability to leverage advanced analytics to drive system enhancements and enable better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement SAP IBP/OBP solutions based on project requirements.
  • Design and configure applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality and functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Analyze and optimize existing IBP/OBP processes to improve efficiency.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Perform data migrations and integration using industry best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IBP.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify business challenges and solutions.
  • Assist in change management activities to ensure successful system adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and practices.
  • Expertise in SAP IBP/OBP with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data modeling and analytics tools.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in SAP IBP/OBP are a plus.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
