Pharmaceutical Research Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Insights Consultant with 5-8 years of experience to join our Strategy & Consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in life sciences consulting, deep expertise in secondary research methodologies, and a proven ability to lead projects and teams.
- Brainstorm with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements and co-create solutions for complex specifications.
- Execute and manage ad-hoc research requests such as competitive intelligence, market assessment, and landscape studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution from scoping and design to analysis, synthesis, and final recommendations.
- Manage project delivery with a focus on profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with IQVIA data assets and tools is a plus.
